Terms and Conditions
Some important things to note if you are booking a tour with Eerie Earth Tours.
- Eerie Earth Tours does not have a minimum number for the tours, if you are a solo guest you will be asked if you want to proceed, if not a full will be issued.
2. Should you fail to turn up for a tour without informing Eerie Earth Tours, then a refund will be at the discretion of Eerie Earth Tours.
3. Eerie Earth Tours reserves the right to remove you from a tour for abusive, offensive or threatening behaviour. We can also remove guests for consuming alcohol or drugs on the tour, and no refund will be issued.
4. There is an age limit on our tours, this is due to the dark and at times gory and adult themes discussed on our tours. Anyone under the age of 12 is not permitted on our tours. Should you wish to book a tour with someone under the age of 12 then please contact us at tours@eerieearthtours.com as we maybe able to adapt the tour for a younger audience, but we do require prior notice for this. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. If you decide to leave the tour under your own volition, then a refund will be at the discretion of Eerie Earth Tours.
6. Eerie Earth Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour at short notice or no notice. In this instance where Eerie Earth Tours has cancelled you will be issued a full refund.
